Three Colors Eraser Production Line

We had the pleasure of assisting an Algerian client in 2023 who was eager to venture into the production of three-color erasers. Despite their lack of prior experience, they were determined to establish a robust production line. Through persistent communication via emails and WhatsApp, we provided them with detailed insights and professional advice. Our comprehensive responses and unwavering support instilled confidence in them, leading to a successful order placement without them even visiting our factory.

The entire production line comprises four machines: a 3-color eraser extruder, water cooling tank, hauling machine, and cutting machine. Each component is meticulously designed to work in harmony, ensuring a seamless production process from start to finish.

The extruder is the heart of the operation, capable of precisely blending and extruding three colors of eraser. The water cooling tank ensures that the freshly extruded erasers cool uniformly, maintaining their shape and integrity. The hauling machine provides a stable and consistent pull, ensuring that the erasers maintain their size and shape as they move through the production line. Finally, the cutting machine offers precise, high-speed cutting capabilities, ensuring that each eraser is cut to the exact specifications.

To ensure a smooth setup and operation, we provided detailed manuals and instructional videos. These resources were instrumental in guiding our client through the installation and operation of the machinery. To our delight, the client reported that the machines were up and running without a hitch, thanks to our clear instructions and the intuitive design of the equipment.
