Performance Features:

· The motor adopts the RV motor of the listed brand Sankai Transmission. The RV motor uses worm gear and worm drive for speed change. Its advantages lie in more stable operation of the machine and higher speed. The machine can reach 60 to 80 packets per minute. It is simple to maintain and has low noise. In addition, a frequency conversion speed reducer from Shihlin in Taiwan is added. The lowest speed can be adjusted to 10 packets per minute, and the highest speed can reach 110 packets per minute.

· The whole machine is made of stainless steel. The parts in contact with food are processed and manufactured with 304 stainless steel materials, which meets the hygiene requirements of QS and GMP for pharmaceuticals.

· It is controlled by a microcomputer. The microcomputer processes and sets an induction signal, and can complete the synchronization of the whole machine, automatic tracking of the cursor for bag length positioning, and automatically diagnose faults and display them on the screen.

· A series of actions such as bag-making, material measurement, filling, counting, sealing, feeding, limited shutdown, fixed bagging, and cutting are all automatically completed.
