The automatic wire take up machine machine is used to discharge wire in coil continuously and automatically, it is with high capacity. It also could be adopted to draw wire in final stage, its condensation should be less than 10%.

The automatic wire take up machine is driven by governor motor, running with wire drawing machine, it is easily to adjust the speed match,it drives the main axle rotating by the transmission of secondary belt.

By the way, we can design the machine according to client’s requirements, for example we can customized the final coil diameter and add automatic weight distribution system. An automatic weight distribution system is added to the coiler, controlled by a PLC. You can set a target weight on the PLC and the coiler will automatically count the weight according to your setting and then rotate. It is more convenient and adaptive to your target needs. You don't need the wire rewinding machine any more.
