After annealing, the work piece is kept clean with less oxidation and no decarburization. It is composed of furnace body, furnace tube, furnace cover, heating element, temperature control cabinet, etc. The heating energy for gas annealing furnace is by gas, it is more suitable for the area where rich in natural gas resources.

Working Process of Annealing Wire:
a. Two hours heating to 650°C-700°C
b. Keeping Temperature 650°C-700°Cfor 2 hours
c. Keep the tube in the furnace, cooling for 4 hours till the temperature is about 300°C
d. Taking out of the tube put another one in
e. When the tube temperature is below 170°C, take the wire out
We offer Electricity annealing furnace and gas annealing furnace.
We have different capacity which according to client's request, the most common type is 3 ton/24hours.
1 technicians and 1 interpreter will be assigned to coordinate installation, commissioning and training, for the maximum duration of 15 working days your side will supply the air return tickets, food, accommodation(hotel and one day three meals), transportation, communication, insurance , tax ( if have) for the technicians and the interpreter. USD120.00/day/person working fee will be paid to them.
